📅 Booking Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your self-drive car booking at any time before your scheduled rental period. However, cancellation charges may apply based on the time of cancellation:
More than 24 hours before pick-up: ✅ 50% refund of booking amount
Between 12 to 24 hours before pick-up: 🔁 30% refund of booking amount
Less than 12 hours before pick-up or no-show: ❌ No refund
Note: Convenience fees, if any, are non-refundable.
💸 Refund Policy
Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 1-2 business days to your original payment method.
If your booking was made via a third-party app or partner site, their refund timelines may apply.
Security deposits (if applicable) are refunded after inspection of the vehicle and any pending dues are settled.
⚠️ Refund Deductions May Apply If:
The vehicle is returned late or with damages.
Fuel level is below the agreed level.
Any accessories (documents, tools, keys) are missing.
Traffic fines or tolls are unpaid during the rental period.
